A major LEGO Star Wars release for the year, the 75371 Chewbacca Buildable Figure, has surfaced online prematurely, thanks to a retailer leak. This 18+ set transforms everyone's beloved Wookie, Chewbacca, into... a pile of brown 2,319 pieces.
Priced at £179.99 / $199.99 / €209.99, the large LEGO Chewbacca set is slated for a 1st September release. However, with the leaked image already in circulation, the opinion of the fans is clear...this is not a favorite.
The model also features Chewbacca's iconic ammunition belt, meticulously created from multiple jointed pieces and wrapped around his torso. Additionally, a detailed brick-built crossbow, complete with sight and black tip, is included in the set. The crossbow stands out against Chewbacca's predominantly brown, furry body.
The five-stud high, octagonal black base is partially tiled and complements the set, which also includes a single Minifigure of Chewbacca himself. With the black base and the nameplate, the entire set stands 46 cm tall.
