Viking Village, an 18+ set, is evoking waves of nostalgia as it recalls the charm of the bygone LEGO Vikings theme. It mirrors the essence of 21322 Pirates of Barracuda Bay by rekindling memories from past LEGO collections. Moreover, the Viking Village promises an intriguing blend of legendary Viking tales and meticulous historical accuracy.
Fans of the original design will be pleased to know that the 21343 Viking Village stays true to BrickHammer‘s initial submission, with just a minor difference in piece count – 2,103 pieces as opposed to the original’s approximate 2,100. Given its piece count, it is poised to match the grandeur of sets like the 21060 Himeji Castle and the 10320 Eldorado Fortress.
The Viking Village, priced at $129.99, is anticipated to showcase rich Viking heritage, complete with a quaint blacksmith’s shop, the blacksmith’s residence, a grand main hall fit for royal assemblies, a towering temple, and an adjoining watchtower connected via a bridge. This is only a glimpse, as more exciting features are to be unveiled at a special Target event on the slated reveal date.
