For decades, Pokémon fans have dreamed of stepping into the shoes of a Pokémon Trainer. Now, thanks to a groundbreaking partnership between the LEGO® Group and The Pokémon Company International, that dream is evolving, one brick at a time.
A Match Made in Pallet Town
This multi-year collaboration will introduce LEGO® Pokémon sets, allowing fans to build, play, and interact with their favorite Pokémon in a whole new way. Whether you’re a longtime Trainer or new to the world of Pokémon, these sets promise to bring the magic of Pokémon to life like never before.
Julia Goldin, Chief Product & Marketing Officer at the LEGO® Group, shared her excitement:
“We’re thrilled to partner with Pokémon, a brand that shares our passion for creativity and play. Together, we’re creating experiences that will inspire both LEGO® builders and Pokémon fans to explore, imagine, and build their own adventures.”
Gaku Susai, Chief Product and Experience Officer at The Pokémon Company International, added:
“LEGO® and Pokémon both celebrate imagination and fun, making this partnership a perfect fit. Seeing the LEGO® team’s dedication to capturing the essence of Pokémon has been incredible, and we can’t wait to see how fans react in 2026.”
Since 2017, The Pokémon Company has partnered with Mega Brands Inc. (formerly Mega Bloks Inc.) to launch Pokémon-themed brick-building sets. Pokémon has also collaborated with Nanoblock to create sets featuring pixel-style versions of its iconic characters.
What to Expect in 2026
While details are still under wraps, one thing is clear: this partnership is all about pushing the boundaries of play. From iconic Pokémon to immersive builds, the LEGO® Pokémon line will offer something for every fan.
