The LEGO Group introduces the LEGO Ideas Tales of the Space Age set, a collection sure to rocket off the shelves. Inspired by the minimalist representation of the universe’s allure and reminiscent of classic 80s posters, this colourful set captures the essence of the space age through a retro graphic made from LEGO bricks.
This four-piece postcard-sized set is both vibrant and versatile, depicting an interconnected narrative of a space shuttle, moon base, black hole, lunar eclipse, various star constellations, and more. Each image can be arranged independently, allowing for numerous display options.
Poland-based LEGO fan designer and IT professional Jan Woźnica created this captivating set. Woźnica entered the LEGO Ideas ‘Out of This World’ challenge and drew inspiration from classic sci-fi posters and book covers when crafting this design.
The LEGO Tales of the Space Age set will be available for LEGO VIPs from May 5th and for everyone else from May 8th via LEGO Stores and www.lego.com/Space-Age.
The set is priced at 49.99 EUR/79.99 AUD/44.99 GBP/49.99 USD/64.99 CAD.
