LEGOLAND Deutschland will open a new theme area called Mythica on March 25, 2023.
Over 15 million euros were invested in the 1.2 hectare area, which features a new roller coaster and 14 sculptures made from over 1.5 million LEGO bricks.
The theme of Mythica is a world where creatures created in children’s rooms come to life. The highlight of the area is the Wing Coaster Maximus, which allows passengers to experience the sensation of free-flying as they reach speeds of up to 54 km/h.
Other new attractions include the Fire & Ice Tower, a LEGO creative centre, and a playground. Early bird tickets are available online for 37 euros per person. On-site tickets cost 64 euros for adults and 58 euros for children.
