LEGO has just released a new set in its ART range called “31208 Hokusai: The Great Wave,” which will be available for purchase starting January 1, 2023.
This set features 1810 pieces that can be used to create an interpretation of the famous Japanese print “The Great Wave off Kanagawa.” Similar to the LEGO Ideas set “21333 Vincent Van Gogh – The Starry Night,” this work has a slight relief to add depth to the wave that threatens the boats and the background of Mount Fuji.
The original print measures 38 x 26 cm, while the LEGO version is larger at 52 x 39 cm. The set will cost 99.99€.
