Down in that gloriously messy basement, Roy and Moss are back, and this time they are built from bricks. A new The IT Crowd project has landed on LEGO® Ideas, recreating one of television's most beloved workplace comedies stud by wonderful stud. Designer hello_zol works in IT themselves, which explains why every cluttered corner of this build feels so lovingly accurate.

The model packs Roy and Moss's spacious yet chaotic basement office full of gadgets, cables, and the sort of random junk that piles up in any real tech den (we have all got that one drawer). Jen's cramped little office sits nearby, along with Richmond's shadowy server room and even a small kitchen area, a spot the show rarely let us peek at. Fitting all four spaces into one connected build takes some genuinely smart layout planning, and it is a treat to spot the details.

What makes the office sing is the clutter itself. Recreating organised chaos in LEGO® form is trickier than it looks, because every stray piece has to feel deliberate while still looking wonderfully messy. Think about how you would capture a tangle of monitors, a mountain of paperwork, and a haunted server room, all in one basement. That is the kind of building puzzle that gets your imagination whirring.

As a longtime fan of the sitcom, hello_zol built this to bring back great memories for fellow fans and celebrate one of the funniest office comedies ever made. Published on July 10, 2026, the project has gathered 1130 supporters, with plenty of room to grow toward the 10,000 needed for the official review stage.
