May the odds be ever in your favour, because The Hunger Games: 5 Arenas just hit the full 10,000 supporters on LEGO® Ideas. Built by TobyTheBuilder64, this 2,782-piece display packs four iconic arenas from The Hunger Games plus the Capitol attack into one circular build. It captures Panem's grim spectacle brick by brick, and it does so with a real eye for detail (President Snow would almost approve).

Each of the five interlocking sections tells its own story. There's the crumbling Capitol amphitheatre of the 10th Games, a poison-flower meadow hiding a snowy peak, the open plain and forest of the 74th, and the saltwater lake and jungle of the 75th Quarter Quell. The Capitol attack rounds things out with apartments, an archway, and a Mockingjay symbol just before the black tar swallows it whole. Twenty-four pedestals ring the standard arenas, one for every tribute, and the 50th Games doubles that count, because twice as many tributes were reaped. Now that is clever storytelling in plastic.

Here's the part builders will love most. The centrepiece Mockingjay swaps out for four alternate versions based on each book cover, and you can even replace it with movie-accurate Cornucopias for extra variety. Want to hang it on a wall, prop it on a stand, or lay it flat? All three work. The design even includes optional minifigures of President Snow and five Victors, from Lucy Gray Baird to Finnick Odair, if LEGO® gives the green light.

As a long-time fan of the books and films, TobyTheBuilder64 wanted a model of the arenas he could actually hold, and clearly plenty of fans agreed. With 586 comments and the goal reached, The Hunger Games: 5 Arenas now heads into the LEGO® Ideas review stage, where the fate of every project rests.

Will Panem make the leap from page and screen to your shelf? That verdict belongs to LEGO® now, but the tributes have done their part. What arena would you display first?
