Ever wanted to dance among the stars? Celestial Celebration, a new LEGO® Ideas project from builder ModularManiac, takes the humble house party and blasts it clear off the planet. The pitch is simple and gloriously silly: hop aboard a space shuttle with your friends, cruise into orbit, and step into the biggest party palace the galaxy has ever seen.
The concept swaps out plain old paper streamers for something a bit more brilliant. Instead of balloons, you get a radiant nebula. Instead of fairy lights, shimmering stars. It is the kind of imagination-first thinking that reminds you there is no single right way to build a celebration (or a spaceship, for that matter).
Best of all, space has a very generous guest list policy. The vastness of the cosmos gives you room to invite as many minifigures as you like, so nobody gets left off the list. Just don a spacesuit, float onto the zero gravity dance floor, and get into the galactic groove. Who knew astronauts had such moves?
