The pixelated world of Terraria has burrowed its way onto LEGO® Ideas, and the result is absolutely brilliant. PoisonBricks has transformed the beloved 2D sandbox game (ranked as the 13th best-selling game of all time!) into a towering 23-inch slice of brick-built adventure that captures everything fans love about digging, fighting, exploring, and building.

Converting a flat gaming world into three-dimensional LEGO® bricks sounds impossible, but this clever builder cracked the code with a model that's just 7 studs deep yet packed with vertical drama. The build splits into two modular sections that you can arrange however you like (or display separately if you're feeling adventurous). Every iconic biome gets the brick treatment here: forest, underworld, corruption, dungeon, and underground mushroom environments all snap together in perfect harmony.

Six of the game's early bosses join the party as separate builds or detachable elements. King Slime, the Eye of Cthulhu, the Eater of Worlds, Skeleton, Queen Bee, and the Wall of Flesh all get their moment to shine. Hidden treasures lurk in cracks throughout the terrain (because what's Terraria without secrets to discover?), and there's plenty of room to pose your minifigures for epic gaming scenes.

PoisonBricks collaborated with Elliott (Buzz Brickyear) on the minifigure designs, bringing the game's characters to fantastic brick life. With Terraria preparing for its final update this year, this project feels like the perfect tribute to a gaming legend. The Terraria project has already dug its way to 10,000 supporters and now awaits LEGO® review.

Will this underground adventure surface as an official set? Only time will tell, but one thing's certain: this build proves that even the most challenging game-to-brick translations can strike gold when the right builder takes up the challenge.
