Picture three miniature castles, each sealed under its own transparent case, each ruled by knights riding mythological beasts. That is Micro Legendary Castles, a new LEGO® Ideas project from builder MagicBrick, and it packs roughly 1,943 pieces of pure fantasy into a trio of pocket-sized worlds. Sky, sea, and frozen north all get their moment to shine. Who knew so much legend could fit under glass?

The Griffin faction holds the sky, its castle perched on a mountain rising straight out of the clouds with waterfalls cascading down the rock and winged horses circling the towers. The Kraken faction commands the sea from rocky green islands, and yes, a chained Kraken lurks in the foreground waves, attacking a passing ship. The Bear faction guards the icy far north, its warriors swinging axes beside a tamed, gigantic white polar bear. Three settings, three myths, three colour palettes (soft sky tones, stormy blues, and crisp red-white-and-green) all sharing one shelf.

The real clever trick here is scale. Each castle is a full microworld, a tiny build that suggests an entire kingdom in just a handful of studs. Cramming a floating mountain, cascading falls, and a sea monster into a display case that small takes serious technique, and the transparent dome around each one keeps the dust out while letting the legend breathe. Have you ever tried to build a whole castle small enough to hold in your palm?

MagicBrick describes the project as a tribute to knights and castles in their most fantastical form, a playable collectible that has lived in the imagination since childhood. The set bundles three unique castles, three decorative bases, three knights, one winged horse, one polar bear, and one Kraken. The hand-painted background images inside each case are the designer's own work too.

Right now Micro Legendary Castles sits at 453 supporters on its climb toward the 10,000 needed for an official LEGO® review. Three factions, three creatures, one shelf-worthy collection. Which castle would you defend first?
