Designer Countdraynor packed just over 2,900 pieces into a set that celebrates 11 seasons, 250 episodes, and roughly a thousand laughs (give or take a few of Phil's dad jokes).

The star of this build is the house itself. Jay and Gloria's home has that clean, modern architecture with big windows and open floors, which makes for a genuinely clever engineering challenge. Countdraynor designed the floors to lift out easily, so you can peek at the downstairs and upstairs layouts (a smart trick for a display piece you'll want to show off from every angle).

Then there's the cast. The Modern Family - Jay and Gloria's House set includes the entire Dunphy, Pritchett, and Tucker-Pritchett families, plus Fizbo the Clown, Barkley the dog butler, Dylan, and Stella the dog.
