Every Swiftie dreams of owning the full album collection, and one builder has turned that wish into brick form. Taylor Swift's Disk Collection: Eras Tour Edition reimagines each of Taylor Swift's records as a buildable LEGO® CD, complete with sticker-covered album art. Designer FearsomeBuilder020 dreamed the whole thing up (literally, after the songs got stuck in his head at night) and the result now sits at 9,009 supporters on LEGO® Ideas.

The full model clocks in at around 1,100 pieces, and here is the part that will make your fingers itch to start clicking bricks: each disk is built from 48 pieces, with a sticker representing the cover of every album. Stack them together and you get a display that runs the entire span of her career, from the self-titled debut all the way to The Tortured Poets Department. The set also includes a separate stage piece representing the Eras Tour concert, plus a minifigure of Swift in one of her most recognisable costumes. And there is a cheeky bonus disk too: FearsomeBuilder020 added an extra Eras Tour album because, in his words, 11 is a weird number to build around (though he now admits 13, Swift's lucky number, might have been the smarter call).

The story behind the build is pure fan love. His sister started collecting the CDs, he could not shake the idea, and soon he was designing the Lego's Version of every era. The project needs to reach the 10,000 supporter goal before LEGO® Ideas reviews it for a shot at becoming an official set. It is tantalisingly close.
