Say hello to Boh. If you have watched Spirited Away (and if you have not, clear your evening immediately), you know the giant baby who gets transformed into a plump pink mouse. Now builder Farout07 has brought that goofy little critter to LEGO® form on LEGO® Ideas, and he is every bit as charming as his on-screen counterpart.
Here is where the build gets genuinely clever. Boh's torso uses a single balloon panel for one quarter of his round body, with SNOT techniques (that is Studs Not On Top, for the uninitiated) filling out the rest of his squishy shape. His head rotates fully, but the real magic hides inside: two universal Technic joints connect the eyes to the back of the head. Spin them, and Boh's expression changes right before your eyes. How many models let you swap a character's mood with a single twist?

Boh does not stand alone, either. Farout07 built the Crow, who slots neatly onto Boh's head, plus a pair of posable Dust Spirits. The taller sprite uses a flexible tube for bendy arms, so you can strike whatever dynamic pose your heart desires. Boh himself stands on a small display base nodding to the boiler room deep in the bathhouse basement.

This marks Farout07's very first LEGO® Ideas submission, and what a debut. Built entirely in Studio using a limited bright pink palette, Spirited Away 25 Years Later: Buildable Boh the Mouse lands right as Studio Ghibli's masterpiece turns 25. The project currently has 1,209 supporters, and every vote nudges it closer to the 10,000 needed for LEGO® review.

Zeniba tells Sen that once you meet someone, you never really forget them. Fancy giving Boh a permanent spot on your shelf so you never forget him either? Head to LEGO® Ideas and cast your vote.
