It's showtime! The LEGO® Beetlejuice House project has officially reached 10,000 supporters on the Ideas platform, earning its ticket to the review stage. This spooktacular build recreates the iconic Maitland/Deetz House from Tim Burton's 1988 classic with nearly 2,800 pieces of gothic goodness.

Creator BRICK PROJECT designed this haunted mansion with both display value and playability in mind. The back opens like a dollhouse, revealing every eerie room where the supernatural shenanigans unfold. From the underground Betelgeuse tomb to the attic model of Winter River, this build captures the movie's most memorable moments in brick form.
The set includes seven minifigures bringing the entire ghostly gang to life: Beetlejuice himself, the dearly departed Adam and Barbara Maitland, goth teen Lydia Deetz, Miss Argentina from the afterlife waiting room, and Bob and Delia Deetz. Each character gets their moment to shine in recreated scenes from the film.

What makes this project particularly clever? The multi-level design tells the story vertically. Underground scenes include the afterlife waiting room and netherworld hallway, complete with a sandworm element. The ground floor features the dining room where that unforgettable dinner scene plays out, while the first floor showcases the staircase snake transformation scene.

Will this ghostly creation make it past LEGO's review process? The company will now evaluate the project alongside other successful Ideas submissions. Given the enduring popularity of Burton's supernatural comedy and the detailed craftsmanship shown in the photos, this build has strong potential to become an official set.

For fans of both LEGO® building and classic horror comedies, this project represents the perfect marriage of creativity and nostalgia. The attention to detail in recreating the movie's most iconic moments shows what happens when passionate builders tackle beloved source material.
