Pack your warmest scarf (and maybe a spare baseplate). This Christmas, LEGO® minifigures from all over the world are travelling home to Billund, and LEGO® House is throwing them a holiday party called Home for the Holidays. The festive takeover runs from 5 November to 30 December 2026, filling the Home of the Brick with snowy builds, golden minifigure hunts, and plenty of reasons to warm up indoors.

The season officially sparks to life on Saturday 7 November, when the lights switch on at the square outside LEGO® House. The local SONO choir sings, hot cocoa flows, and the LEGO® Santa makes his annual cameo. Countdown to the tree-lighting kicks off at 6.30pm, and the whole event is free for everyone. Who could say no to cocoa and carols?

Jingle All the Bricks
Over at LEGO® Masters Academy, a limited holiday session called Jingle All the Bricks challenges the whole family to build spinning Christmas trees, speedy reindeer, and playful penguins, then set them in motion. You can make the trees twirl, send the reindeer flying, and watch the penguins slide. Best part? You take your creation home as a souvenir.

There is plenty more to discover across the house. You can build snow sculptures in the Creative Lab, craft heart decorations for the #BuildToGive charity drive (every shared heart means a donated LEGO® set for a child in need), and hunt twice daily for a hidden golden minifigure that wins lucky finders a festive prize. There is even a pop-up shop handing out a special LEGO® House minifigure sweater torso.
This festive run also overlaps with a milestone year on the horizon. LEGO® House opened in September 2017, which means its 10th birthday lands in 2027. For now, the minifigures just want to come home, kick off their tiny moulded boots, and celebrate. Will you be there to greet them?
