Thunder, thunder, thunder... you know the rest. The ThunderCats Ho! project just clawed its way to 10,000 supporters on LEGO® Ideas, which means the whole heroic feline crew now sits in front of the LEGO® review board. Built by MOCturnal, this 1,361-piece tribute brings Lion-O and company back from Saturday-morning memory into your hands.

The star of the build is the Thundertank, that big-clawed off-road beast that fits up to six passengers. Slide the roof doors open, flip the claws and nose to reveal hidden weapons, and man the super cannon with one of your minifigures (someone has to do it). Have you ever built a vehicle where the weapons hide right inside the bodywork? It's a genuinely satisfying piece of engineering, the kind of trick that makes you grin the moment you find it.

Then there's the roster. Lion-O carries the Sword of Omens and his famous Sight Beyond Sight. Panthro drives and fixes the tank, Cheetara sprints faster than a fast-forward button, and Tygra handles the science and invisibility. WilyKit and WilyKat bring the mischief, while Snarf frets over everyone like the world's most anxious pet. Every one of them gets the brick-built treatment.

MOCturnal, an admitted child of the 80s, built the whole thing out of pure Saturday-morning nostalgia. That love shows in the details, and clearly 10,000 fellow builders agree, along with 493 comments cheering it on. The project reached the full 10,000 supporters and now waits on the LEGO® review team's verdict.

Want to display your own roaring feline squad one day? Keep an eye on ThunderCats Ho! as it heads into review. Will Lion-O raise the Sword of Omens over your shelf? Sight beyond sight says it just might.
